1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. If there is a production time for certain products, it will be stated separately on the product page.

2. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

3. Shipping Fees
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $29. For orders below $29, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

4. Fulfillment / Shipping Origin
Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner facilities depending on inventory availability and the delivery destination.

5. Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

6. Delay / Lost Package
